Known as Old Man Falls, almost ninety-four, an inmate of the poorhouse. He had once been an acquantance of Colonel Sartoris' and brought Bayard a pipe which had belonged to the Colonel. He later tried to cure a blemish on Bayard's face with an old home-remedy ointment. He appears in Sartoris (Flags in the Dust).
