Application procedures and funding

Each student will receive a $3000 stipend, plus travel expenses to at least one conference.

Applications received by May 14, 2019 will be given first priority. Applications will continue to be reviewed after May 14 until all positions have been filled.

According to the grant rules, only US citizens or permanent residents are eligible to apply.

Students from Prairie View A&M University should send their applications to Tracy Robin (tjrobin@PVAMU.EDU). Students from UL Lafayette should send their applications to Ping Wong Ng (png@louisiana.edu). A full application should contain the following information:
(1) Your full name
(2) Your email address
(3) Your mailing address
(4) Your transcript
(5) A list of courses taken in the current semester (if not already in (4))
(6) A reference letter
