The conference hall is James R. Oliver Hall. This is the CACS (Center for Advanced Computer Studies) building, and was built in 2007. It is right next to Girard Park.

This La Quinta is an AAA three diamond hotel and is a 15 minute walk (passing Girard Park) to the conference hall. Complimentary breakfast is provided by this hotel. The negotiated rate is $80 per night plus tax. Participants should make a reservation with the hotel and ask for the negotiated rate, mentioning the CBMS conference. The cut-off date for getting the negotiated rate is April 28, 2012. (Note though, that since the conference crosses Commencement, rooms will likely go quickly!)
