Management

Responsible for staffing and leading a summer lifeguard staff of 12 individuals.
Coordinated special events, swim meets, swim team, swim lessons, and taught safety classes such as C.P.R., Lifeguarding, First Aid, and A.E.D. training.
Produced reports covering annual expenditures and the following year's budget.
Created new programs for the community such as arts and crafts and holiday programs.

Attended Florida Recreation and Parks Association conferences.
