Research

My main research interests are in the areas of numerical analysis for partial differential equations. Additionally, I am involved with research in computational mathematics, mathematical modeling, and industrial mathematics.

At this time I am primarily working on numerics data science and machine learning. I have been very active organizing research conferences. I co-founded the international research conference series Computational and Mathematical Methods in Science and Engineering (CMMSE) together with Professor J. Vigo Aguiar (Salamanca).
